How the Commission Process Works

1. Inquire
Tell us about your vision (subject, mood, colors, size, deadline). Attach any reference photos if you have them.

2. Consultation
We’ll confirm scope, size, timeline, and a quote. This includes a brief style/vision alignment so the artwork feels authentically Bing.

3. Reserve Your Spot
A 50% deposit secures your commission in the studio schedule. (The balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery.)

4. Creation
Demetrius paints your piece—layered, textured, and emotionally driven. Progress updates are shared at key milestones.

5. Approval & Delivery
You’ll receive final photos for approval. Once the remaining balance is paid, your artwork ships insured with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Timeline

Typical turnaround ranges from 4–8 weeks depending on size and complexity. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available.

Sizing & Mediums

  • Mediums: Acrylic and mixed media on canvas
  • Formats: Standard rectangles/squares; custom dimensions available on request

Pricing is based on size, complexity, and deadline. You’ll receive a clear quote before you book. Shipping/handling and any framing are additional and will be included in your estimate.

What Makes a Great Reference?

  • High‑resolution photos (if depicting specific people/places)

  • Any must‑include or must‑avoid elements

Shipping & Pickup

  • Insured shipping within the U.S. (cost varies by size and destination)
  • Local pickup (Charleston area) can be arranged after final payment

Usage & Rights

Your original painting is yours to display and enjoy. Art of Bing retains reproduction rights (e.g., portfolio, website, social media), unless a separate licensing agreement is arranged.
